We understand the time constraints during the inspection stage of a real estate transaction. We will work within your deadlines to complete any work based upon the inspection report. Working with the report one of our qualified estimators can create a point-to-point, detailed estimate, with photos, for the buyers to present to the seller. If preferred, we can schedule the work to be paid through escrow at the completion of the project.
