Trainee
$18 per hour | 2-3 weeks to learn basic skills
Receive full face mask, headlamp, knee pads, uniform and coveralls.*
Level 1
19% Commission | Crawl space R&R, duct seal and air seal
Receive Exacto knife, foam gun (short & long) and head lamp*
Level 2
20% Commission | Rodent Exclusion & Access Insert
Receive Compressor, twine gun & hose*
Level 3
22% Commission | Attics, Prep, Blow In, Roof Jacks & Soffit Vents
Receive Drill, Skill Saw, Sawzall & batt hammer*
Level 4
23% Commission | Sump Pumps
Receive Duct Tool Kit*
Level 5 - Installer Lead
24% Commission | Team Management, Equipment Maintenance, Inventory & Ordering
Receive Company Phone & invited to managers meetings and fun outings*
Level 6 - Training Lead
25% Commission | Responsible for crew members
Receive title change to Training Lead & eligible for bonuses*
*All tools issued to employees are company owned. It will be the responsibility of the employee to return all items should they decide to resign their position with Crawl Pros.
