I had Crawl Pros replace some floor insulation that had been damaged by water. David came out and put plastic down on the floor all the way from the door to the entry to the crawl space as well as hanging plastic along the way to keep the entire area clean. He then did a great job replacing the insulation and cleaning up the area underneath the insulation. I was sent picture of the work afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys did an amazing job. From the sales and office staff to the guys who did the work. My crawl space was a nightmare. From a water leak to a dead rat. They removed all my insulation, vapor barrier and duct insulation and all with a smile. They sealed my crawl to keep out the vermin, installed a new vapor barrier and sprayed for odor. It’s so clean now. I feel so much healthier in my home now. I would definitely call these guys again. I wish I did this long ago.

It was the odor that tipped me off to the problem in our crawl space. Rodents had found their way in and were tearing the insulation from between the floor joists. Ugh.
I contacted three different companies through their websites asking for quotes and Crawl Pros was by far the most professional service of them all. I received a callback the next morning and had an appointment set for the following day with Todd. Of the three estimators, he spent the most time with me helping me understand all the steps in the process and the details of the job. They were not the cheapest service, but they were only 10% or so more than the others. In the end, the quality of the sales process and reviews on Yelp led me to choose them. I’m glad I did.
The team that worked on our house spent three days pulling the old insulation, removing the vapor barrier, eliminating rodent entry points, sealing the ducts, insulating the pipes, and installing the new insulation and vapor barrier. They use high quality materials and made the crawl space about as appealing as it can be. Our crawl space access is in the pantry in our kitchen and they built a tent so there was no dust or debris in the house at all. They took down the tent each night and put it up again in the morning so we didn’t lose access to the kitchen. The crew in our home was polite, professional, and did great work on a job I simply wouldn’t want to do.
We are three months in and haven’t had a single rodent issue in the crawl space since. We opted into the maintenance program so the work is guaranteed even if we have an issue.
