Estimator – Outside Sales

Location: Tacoma, Everett and Portland Crawl Pros is a growing company looking for an experienced in-home sales professionals to join our team. At Crawl Pros we value our employees. We are willing to train the right person and will provide all the tools necessary for success. Your job will be to serve potential customers through company provided leads by generating quotes on their insulation; crawlspace, attic, and other services we provide. As well as supplementing your income with self-generated leads for a reoccurring reward, accompanied by a large incentive available for those who qualify. Requirements for the ideal candidate:

• Sales OR Building/Construction background
• Punctuality, Neat, and Clean Appearance
• Willingness to Network
• Polite and Respectful
• Has the ability to work independently with little to no direction
• Computer Knowledge, Mac/Apple is preferred
• Detail Oriented, Team Player
• Willingness to Listen and Learn

Preferred, but not required:

• Weatherization background
