Before you put your home on the market and entering your real estate transaction, one of our estimators serving the Greater Seattle and Portland areas can do a thorough, no cost, corner-to-corner inspection of the crawl space and/or attic. By doing this pre-listing appointment, we can find and remediate any issues a home inspector may find. Our crew can make minor repairs and corrections such as:

• Remove damaged insulation and install attic insulation
• Mold removal and remediation
• Water removal and remediation
• Odor removal
• Rodent removal & exclusion
• Duct sealing and duct insulation

After scheduling a free estimate we will quickly schedule any work that may be needed before you list the home. By taking a few preventative steps you can prevent costly write-ups on your home inspection.

Buyers

We understand the time constraints during the inspection stage of a real estate transaction. We will work within your deadlines to complete any work based upon the inspection report. Working with the report one of our qualified estimators can create a point-to-point, detailed estimate, with photos, for the buyers to present to the seller. If preferred, we can schedule the work to be paid through escrow at the completion of the project.
